"A lot of women like myself, wake up, do the house work, get the kids ready, get breakfast ready yet manage to look good. Things like making their hair, having a manicure and pedicure, eyelashes, etc."

"They also have to look after the kids, take them to and from school and juggle this with work. There is no pat on the back for this job. My song is to pat my female friends on their backs and tell them to take a look in the mirror and tell themselves, "I can do anything I want to." And they really can, if they can only believe," she said.

Ify has been writing music since age eleven and has made her mark by winning so many competitions. After the birth of her third child, Ify made a bold move to realize her passion in music. The music talent now boasts of eight songs to her credit produced at Apple-beam studios in North London, and Empire sounds at Red Velvet Studio, Bernie Grants Arts Centre.

On her inspiration, she said "My daughter and I wrote a song and most of the suggestions came from my boys. My kids inspire me a lot." The singer added that she is very eager to collaborate with talented artistes.
